1. Shipping: I am not responsible for packages beyond shipping , tracking numbers will indeed be provided . 
2. Production time: all items are made to order meaning you must allow up to 5-7 business days for each item to be fulfilled 
3. NO REFUNDS: due to all items being handmade there are no refunds, cancellations or returns at this time , however if there is an issue with order please contact me and I will try and rectify the issue, under said circumstances please reach out via email 
4. Custom orders: commission orders are still open and will now be accepted through website via contact form ,template in message box should be as follows :
